You've always been the person who figures it out.

Altitude

A 12-week recalibration for high-achieving, late-diagnosed ADHD professionals who want to do more of what they love — with more ease and less stress.

You know something has to change

You're high-achieving and genuinely passionate about your work, your people, the world you're trying to make an impact. You've built systems and processes over the years that work with your brain, and they've carried you far. Then your world got bigger: a promotion, another child, a wider scope, a bigger team. You've grown and now you're ready for your systems to grow with you. You don't want to do less. You want to do more of what matters, and feel steadier doing it.

You’re ready to stop feeling…

Frustrated by the sense that you're doing too much and somehow it's never enough

Disconnected from the work you're passionate about, buried under everything that's merely urgent

Overwhelmed by the constant pressure to stay busy that you never have time to truly relax

Your systems were built for one altitude. You've climbed to a new one.

Recalibrating them to fit the scope you've grown into isn't starting over — it's the natural next move for someone who's leveled up. We build on what already works for you, and we tune it for where you are now.

Coaching can help you do more with ease.

A 12-week recalibration that takes the systems you've already built and tunes them for the scope you've grown into so your best energy goes to the work and people that matter most, and there's something left at the end of the day for you.

  • Three moving parts, working together:

    • A digital course with my best time-management strategies — yours on demand, with lifetime access.

    • Weekly live sessions where we put it into practice, do the mindset work, and personalize every strategy to your brain and your context.

    • Two recalibration sessions (weeks 5 and 10) to celebrate what's working and tune the plan to real life.
And underneath every decision, four questions: How can I make this easier? More enjoyable? Less effortful? Who or what can support me?

  • Week to week, we move between three altitudes: the day-to-day (prioritizing, batching, containing interruptions), the big picture (a full-year view so you pace your projects on purpose), and the how (those four questions, every step). You'll bring real work to real sessions — and leave with systems that are actually yours. Expect one hour-long session a week, plus homework you'll genuinely use.

  • You already know what good systems look like — you've built them before. What changes everything is having someone in it with you: practicing in real time, not just handing you a worksheet to do alone. Coaching is where strategy becomes personalized to your brain, where the mindset shifts actually take hold, and where you get the accountability and the thinking partner that turn "I know I should" into "it's done." It's the difference between a course you mean to finish and a recalibration that sticks.

My Approach

You’ve powered through long enough.

Now it’s time to work with your brain instead of against it.

My approach is strengths-based and ADHD-informed from the ground up. We don't tear down what you've built — we build on it. Every strategy gets personalized to how your mind actually works, because the goal isn't a system that looks good on paper. It's one that fits you well enough to last.

At every step, we ask four questions:

  • How can I make this easier?

  • How can I make this more enjoyable?

  • How can I reduce friction?

  • Who or what can support me?

What that looks like in practice:

  • Build on your strengths — we start from what already works for you

  • Personalize everything — your brain, your context, your real life

  • Practice together — live, in the moment, not homework you do alone

  • Mindset alongside method — because the inner shift makes the system stick

  • Recalibrate as we go — two built-in checkpoints to tune the plan

This is anti-hustle by design. More ease, more flow, more of what matters, without grinding yourself down to get there.

At the end of the day, I want you to know:

...that you are already capable. You've proven that over and over. What we're doing together isn't fixing you, it's giving your brilliant brain the systems and support it deserves, so you can do more of what you love without running yourself down to get there.

You don't have to earn your rest. You don't have to do it alone. And you don't have to choose between the work you're passionate about and the people — including yourself — who matter most.

There's a version of your days with room in them. With energy left over. With your best going to what you actually care about. That version isn't a reward for working harder. It's available to you now and it's exactly what we'll build together.

Is Coaching right for you?

Coaching is a good fit for you if you…

03

Are looking for coaching, not clinical care — coaching is forward-focused work on your goals and systems. It's a wonderful complement to therapy, but it isn't a replacement for it. If you need support beyond the scope of coaching, I'll happily help connect you to the right resources

02

Are ready to take action — you want to practice, personalize, and put the work into motion, not just talk about it

The Process

01

Book a clarity call

Come with your questions, leave with clarity and direction. We'll talk through where you are and where you want to go, and figure out together whether this is the right fit. If I'm not the right person for you, I'll help you find who is.

02

Map your starting point

Once we're a match, we get the lay of the land — your current systems, your goals, and the scope you're working with. This is where we set the direction for our 12 weeks so the work is built around your brain and your real life from day one.

03

Recalibrate and build

We get to work — weekly live sessions, the digital course at your fingertips, and two recalibration checkpoints along the way. Step by step, we build systems that fit you, so you can do more of what you love with more ease.

Questions? I’ve got answers.

Frequently asked questions —

  • No — this isn't clinical treatment, and it isn't therapy. This is productivity and mindset coaching that's ADHD-informed, built around the way your brain actually works. It's a wonderful complement to therapy, but it doesn't replace it. If you need support beyond the scope of coaching, I'll gladly help connect you to the right resources.

  • A course hands you strategies to apply on your own. Here, we practice them together, do the mindset work that makes them stick, and personalize everything to your brain and your real life. You also get my full digital course inside the program — so you get the best of both: the on-demand toolkit and the live, personalized support that turns it into a way of working that lasts.

  • One hour-long session a week, plus homework you'll genuinely use. The whole point is to give you back time, so the work is designed to fit a full life, not add stress to it.

  • $2,997, or three monthly payments of $999. That includes weekly live sessions, two recalibration sessions, lifetime access to the digital course with all future updates and free webinars, between-session support, and your supportive materials.

  • We start with a clarity call before anything begins, so we both feel good about working together. And if I'm not the right person for you, I'll help you find who is.

More of what you love, with more ease. It starts with a conversation.
