Turn your experience, strengths, and interests into a sustainable next chapter of work.
You’ve built a career. You have skills, experience, and ideas.
Now you’re ready to explore what could come next.
Are you…
At a point in your career where you’re ready to seriously consider what’s next?
Curious about how your experience and skills could translate into new possibilities?
Considering consulting, entrepreneurship, flexible work, a career change, or a completely different direction?
Interested in creating work that fits the life you want to live?
Looking at your skills and wondering what else you could do with them?
Full of ideas, followed immediately by ten reasons each one might not work?
Looking for someone who will listen to your concerns, ask good questions, and challenge you when you're getting in your own way?
If you're somewhere in the middle of “I know I have a lot to offer” and “I have no idea what to do with all of it,” this is a great place to start.
Imagine if…
You could step back and look at your career as a collection of experiences, skills, strengths, interests, and possibilities.
You could see connections between things you've done that you hadn't considered before.
You could explore ideas that initially seem impractical, unusual, or outside the traditional career path.
You could examine the concerns that come up, test them against reality, and discover which ones are genuine constraints and which ones are worth questioning.
You could leave each conversation with something new to consider, try, or explore.
And gradually, a picture of your next chapter could begin to take shape.
Why work with me
I'm a therapist and coach obsessed with helping people think expansively about what comes next.
I'm completing Designing Your Life training alongside the Life Purpose Institute's Life Coaching program, while earning coaching hours toward ICF accreditation.
My approach is practical, curious, strengths-focused, and collaborative.
We'll work with the reality of your life: your experience, responsibilities, resources, interests, priorities, and constraints. I'll bring thoughtful questions, fresh perspective, and a willingness to challenge your assumptions when they deserve a closer look.
Together, we will...
Take stock of what you've already built
So you can recognize the skills, strengths, experience, and interests you can carry forward.
Explore what could be possible
So you can consider career paths and income opportunities that may not have been on your radar.
Connect the dots
So you can see how different pieces of your experience might come together in new ways.
Examine the objections
So you can separate genuine constraints from assumptions, fears, and well-rehearsed reasons an idea won't work.
Consider the life alongside the work
So your next chapter reflects the way you actually want to spend your time and energy.
Experiment with possibilities
So you can gather real information about what interests you, what fits, and what has potential.
Move toward a direction
So you can make decisions and take meaningful action with greater clarity.
