  • Goblin.tools - You can make the list as “spicy” (detailed) as you’d like!

  • Rocket Money is my favorite app for money management

    Doctor of Credit - excellent articles and resources for everything from high yield savings accounts to which credit cards have the best sign up bonuses

  • Notebook by google will let you upload an article and it will read you the article or summary in a podcast style

  • Wanderlog - to map out your itinerary and keep track of your confirmation numbers

    Going - to receive alerts for cheap flights

  • Mealime - Free app to help you meal prep. Makes your grocery list and connects with your instacart, couldn’t be easier :)

    Yuka - folks with ADHD can be more sensitive to additives. This is a free app that tells you what’s in your food and hygiene products.

  • 7M - Free app with 7 minute workouts. Connects to your spotify, you can pick the difficultly level, voices, etc.

  • Water Llama is my favorite tracker

  • Sleep Cycle is my fav app for tracking
